This policy explains how Immekine S.L.U. ("we") handles your personal data and uses cookies on www.gualssglass.com (the "Website"). Last updated: 28 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

Immekine S.L.U., Tax ID B10977478, Calle Pau Claris 138, 7 - 1, 08009 Barcelona, Spain. Privacy contact: admin@immekine.com. We process personal data in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

Providing the data needed for an order is necessary to complete it. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

3. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers acting on our behalf, under data processing agreements: Shopify (store platform, checkout and hosting; Shopify International Limited, Ireland); payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna); carriers (SEUR, UPS and Spring); Klaviyo (email marketing); Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (advertising), which receive data through cookies only if you consent; and accountants and legal advisers. We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it. We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified US providers) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting past processing). Write to admin@immekine.com; we may ask you to prove your identity and will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country. The Website is intended for people aged 18 or over.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Under EU ePrivacy rules and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), we only use non-essential cookies with your consent.
