2. Purpose

The Website offers the online sale of glassware (wine, sparkling wine and champagne glasses with coloured details). Purchases are governed by our Terms & Conditions of sale. Bespoke personalised glassware is offered to businesses under a separate agreement and is not sold through the Website.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and in good faith, and not to damage, overload or interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

All Website content (texts, images, designs, logos, trademarks, software) belongs to Immekine or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed or modified without our written permission.

If you send us designs, logos or other material for a bespoke project, you confirm that they are lawful and that you own them or have the right to use them. The project agreement will set out the rights in the final designs.

5. Liability and links

We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we may link to. Nothing in this notice limits rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be waived.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. For other users, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.

This notice may be provided in several languages for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.
